Roy Landers is a serial entrepreneur. He has established and operated several companies over a 35 year career as an attorney, Judge Pro Tem, ordained minister and pastor and related endeavors.

 

He is the founder of the Landers Law Group, PC, a business, tax, mergers and acquisition, and transactional law firm. Mr. Landers also has extensive experience in business startups and growth scaling of business entities.

 

He served as a Judge Pro Tem within the San Diego California Judicial system for several years and heard and ruled on numerous cases on a variety of issues such as real estate, contract disputes, business issues, construction, employment, and numerous other civil matters.

 

His current concentration is on business development and marketing strategies to obtain maximum results for small business operators. A significant part of his activities is to provide access to capital for small businesses for start up and growth of their business and to assist in obtaining necessary funding for established businesses who require funding for their business needs. He also is a certified copywriter and content creator providing marketing services which include SEO, email campaign development and social media services.

 

His goal is to help business owners and professional service providers share their message with the world so they can build a successful business doing what they love.

 

Mr. Landers is a disabled war veteran and is involved in assisting veterans to create and grow their businesses as part of his legal and business activities.

 

He is a published author - "How To Negotiate and Get What You Want" , which reached the Amazon best seller list - and is a prolific writer. He also publishes a monthly newsletter - Small Business Reporter.

 

He is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate (JD) degree and the University of San Diego School of Law where he earned his Master of Law in Taxation (LLM). He also has a business degree from Western State University and certificates in economic and community development from San Diego State University.
